How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.
Do you test your beauty products on animals?
No, Himalaya Wellness is committed to ethical practices. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our cosmetic or personal care products.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are dermatologically tested and formulated to be gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.
